InCD 4.3.0.3 causes odd USB (2.0?) behavior?

Periodically I try out the latest update of InCD hoping that it's gotten better and more stable, and each time I seem to get burned, so to speak. I just installed 4.3.0.3 a few days ago and then noticed that my some of my USB devices stopped working. I would plug them in, Windows would say that they were not recognized. The devices were: a Sony DRX-530UL DVD burner, a VisionTek USB memory key, and a SanDisk ImageMate CompactFlash reader. All three are USB 2.0 devices; strangely, my Microsoft MN-510 wireless adapter and IntelliMouse, both USB 1.x devices, continued to work fine.

I'm still experimenting, but after uninstalling InCD 4.3.0.3 everything seems fine again. I may install again in a bit to see what happens, just to confirm my theory that InCD is causing the problems. It certainly seems to be the only possibility at this point, because the only thing that changed between when the devices worked and when they didn't was the installation of InCD.

My system: a Dell Optiplex GX270 with a Celeron D at 2.4 GHz, running Windows XP Professional. It's a 865 chipset, I think. And yes, I have the latest BIOS and driver updates installed.
