Nero Ultra on 2 PCs?

Can I install & use the Nero Ultra 6 copy which I just bought on both PCs I have at home, or only on one of them?

As long as the PC's are yours, and not a freinds, or a business, then you can install Nero on both your personal PCs.

Both of the PCs I would like to install & use the software on are personal PCs.

This is good to know. I had been running 5.5 on two machines (now have 5.5 on one and 6.6 on the other) but I wasn't sure if it was specifically allowed or not.
