TDK 840G DVD, Nero Ultra 6.0.0.0 errors w/ TDK DVD +R 4x

Win XP
TDK 840G DVD Burner with firmware update 1.04
Nero Ultra 6.0.0.0
TDK DVD +R 4x media
I am able to burn just fine using Memorex DVD -R 4x media but for some reason I get the "Invalid field in parameter" "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once" error message from Nero right at the last part of the burn.

If someone could tell me which version of Nero I need, what firmware update, or if that type of media just doesn't work. Also, where can I get the old 6.0.0.11 update for nero...its no longer on their site.
