The [+] key is not working in Nero ShowTime 2.0.0.18

It's possible to minimize the volume with the [-] key in Nero ShowTime, but there's no function for the [+] key (to maximize the volume). :(

I'm not seeing this bug.

When I click on the Minus[-] key, the volume goes down, as you indicate.

And when I click on the Plus [=/+] key the volume goes up.

Now, normally when you wish to click on the Plus key you have to hold down the Shift-Key and then clicn on the Plus[+] key. And if you do this, then the volume will not go up. But if you click on the Plus Key without holding down the Shift-Key, the volume does go up.

Craig

Dear Craig,

I'm sorry, but the [+] key does not have an effect on my German Nero 6.6.0.6. Neither on the num pad nor on the main keyboard. When I press the [-] key there's an effect on the volume and also there appears a display message. But nothing happens when I press the [+] key.

Regards,

Stephan

I'll create a bug entry on this and ask our QA team in Germany to look into this.

Craig

Hi Mr. Pici(Stephan),

Looks like you were right, there is a bug in this area on the German OS. :)

Our Engineers have confirmed the bug, and resolved it the same day. So the next release of Nero Showtime will contain this fix.

Thanks for the feedback!

Best Regards

Craig

Hello Craig,

thank you very much for your efforts! I'm looking forward to the next release of the software :-)
I've reportet this to the German Nero support team but that didn't have an effect ...

Stephan

Will the bug in Cover Designer also be fixed?
I'll also open a new task for a problem I discovered in Wave Editor.

(Sorry about my English, I guess it isn't very good...)

Hi Mr. Pici(Stephan),

I find no problems with your English. And I can guarantee you that it's better than my German. :)

As for the other issue reported in Nero CoverDesigner, I still need to reproduce that issue. I've been busy with other issues, but I will get to that very soon.

Regards,

Craig
