InCD read-only problem

I use my CD/RW as a floppy disc to take my files back and forth from school. I am using InCD to format the disc, and it works fine at home, but when I take it to school, I cannot add new files to the CD. It says that the CD is read-only. I have tried right clicking on the folder in the CD, going to properties, and unchecking read-only, but it always goes back to read-only and will not allow me to add any new files. The drive at the school computer is a CD/RW drive. I am thinking that any computer I use for this needs to have InCD on it to add files to the disc. Am I right, or is it something else that I can fix. Please help.

that is correct.
if the computer does not have InCD installed on it then you can't dragNdrop to the InCD-formatted CD-RW disc, you can only read it.

Actually you need InCD or any other packet-writing software. We are using UDF, a standard followed by almost all authors of packet-writing software and which allows a good interoperability.

Does it make any difference if the original disc was formatted with "MRW" and the drive on the problem machine isn't capable of MRW formatting? OR, is it possible that the drive on the problem machine isn't one that Nero recognizes; e.g., it is either too old or too new or a rare one? But probably in the latter case, the disc wouldn't even be recognized??
