INCD Error when closing down or rebooting computer

Every time I try to shut down or reboot my computer I get an INCD error message. It says that INCD is not responding. I have to click "end now" for my computer to shut down. I have grown tired of this error and I am wondering if anybody has a fix for it.
Thanks,
Brad

Bump!

Hi B_Atkinson,

I'm not able to duplicate this issue, so I can only assume this may be system specific. Do you have another computer you can install InCD 4 on just to see if this is a system specific issue?

Is anyone else running into this issue with InCD 4 on their systems?

Regards

Craig

Brad, you may precise which InCD version and OS your are using by uploading here an infotool.txt... removing your serial key at the beginning of the file of course!

Yes I have this same problem, though I haven't bothered to try and debug it. If interested you can find my infotool.txt file already uploaded under the "Nero write to hard disk problem" thread.

Quite a couple of various 3rd party components on the system which could interact. Difficult to say without trying to remove one by one until identify the interacting component, and then debug who's doing something wrong (and possibly has already fixed it in a later release).
