I bought a new computer and it has Nero VS 6. I go to nero smartstart, choose audio, make an audio cd, add the audio tracks, from one cd, but I have several I want to utilize, I try click the more in nero exp, but it does not give me any choice to allow files to be added later. So I click the burn it is greyed out, I click the more in that window, the finalized cd is checked and greyed out. If I click the nero at the bottom it goes into nero burning rom, but finalized cd is checked and greyed out.
I was able to get it clear once, but when I went back to do another session witha few more songs, it says it may not work? Using regular cd-r's
If I go into just the burning rom, I can't find options to do multidisk as I use to in cdcreator?

An audio CD will not playback properly unless it's finalized and a single session.

finalizing no problem, problem finalizing when complete?

I have several disc. I want to burn 1 or 2 songs. Problem is I do two off once, then burn but it wants to finalize. If I have say 5 disc, 1 or 2 songs on each disc. I first few songs, then want to go to another disc, but it wants to finalize each burn?

Say I want to burn some today, and have to leave, I burn 3 or 4 songs, but I don't want to finalize the disc until I record ALL I want to.
In easy cd creator you could burn a few songs and not close or finalize the disc. Then you could go back add some more to the disc.
After I get what I want on the disc, then I would finalize it?
Hope that isn't more confusing. I don't want to do the disc in one session, or at one time.

Why don't you rip the CD's to your HDD in WAV,then when you get 80 minutes of songs burn a CD.
Another option(if your player supports MP3) is to make a multi-session MP3 CD.
A multi-session audio CD will not work properly, read the post from CCampbell...he works for Nero.

can do

Yes, I read the post, all the way through, after I posted my last message. Looks like putting them on the HD is about the only option, unless I want to update my other program.
thanks for the help
