BackItUp - missing .nbi file

Hello,

I did a partial back up of my drives, which spanned two disks. The second disk included an .nbi file, which I clicked on and all the files restored without problems. The first disk didn"t include an .nbi file (no idea why). When I try to use BackItUp to restore, it says I can just double click the file in Explorer. I do so, and it either says "file decompression not possible" or I save the file and then can"t open it, "unknown file format".

Why didn"t burn the .nbi file?
Is there some way to restore the files, or some sort of third party software that"ll do the job?

Thanks and cheers,
Jason

As info for followers-on - I figured it out.

Double-click the file. Message comes up "Create folder?" Say yes.

Then the dialog opens up to save the file. Even though the dialog showed me to be trying to save to Drive C, which is where I wanted the file to go, the path down the bottom defaulted to that in which the BackItUp file was created. In my case, path name included Drive E, which didn"t exist anymore after my hard drive reformat.

So, in this case, delete path name.
