Don't install both at the same time, it's a good way to toast your computer.
In the past, in my experience, DirectCD/Drag2Disc has been much more stable and caused much fewer conflicts than InCD... but I haven't tried the latest versions...
(you can run Nero and Drag2disc together, just don't install both packet writing programs and you'll be fine)

DirectCD/Drag-To-Disc is much better and stable than Nero InCD.Just make sure that you dont install both softwares together.

Not installing both DirectCD and InCD make sense.
But what about DirectCD together with Nero 6.6 (or 7.0)? Has anyone reported any compatibility/operational problems with that scenario?

Coolness...
I went ahead and switched over to DirectCD now.
I've had it with InCD.
