No .wpk files being created?

The last couple of times that I've used the Nero WAV editor on CDR compilations, the .wpk files were not created or saved like they usually are. My edits are saved, but there is no .wpk file and it has to redraw the edit file every time I open the editor. The previous .wpk files are all still there and don't rquire the file to be redrawn. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

Hi Audiodrome,

Looks like you are correct. I've entered a bug report for this to be resolved.

Craig

Hi Audiodrome,

Looks like this feature is working after all. I'm still learning Nero 7. :-)

The Peak file is being generated when you first open an Audio file for the first time. If the file has been opened once before, a peak file was already generated and did not have to be recreated.

And the .WPK file is now saved as a pf******.TMP, for example one would be called pf2233458976.tmp
