Nero and streaming internet radio - problem
Posted: Mon Dec 05, 2005 10:15 pmNoticed that after installing Nero 7 Ultra that I was not able to listen to certain internet radio stations. The page in the internet explorer would show up as bad, rather than opening the windows mediaplayer program to play the radio station. It seems to impact the radio stations with ASX extension on the stream. Uninstalled Nero 7, which did not resolve the problem. Restored my Windows XP Professional to the day before installing Nero7 and problem was resolved. My conclusion is that Nero7 is not compatible with the IE functionality when it comes to playing streaming audio. Anyone else having the same problem?
