When I try to open the burning ROM the error message it's comming up> WHY? And what I must to do????

I can't see your attachment- just the file name repeated. Is anyone else having this problem?

i would suggest uninstalling Nero 7, running the Clean Tools that can be found on Nero's website, and then reinstall Nero 7.
perhaps also a reboot between each step won't hurt (M$
