I have used both Nero Express 5.5 and InCD 4 but the thing is when I use Nero Express using multisessions I use alot of disc space on my cd-rw's but when I use InCD I hardly use any space. I like using Nero Express but I don't want to use alot of space. Anyone know why this happens and is there anyway I can fix this?

are you sure about those facts?
it's very strange.
the overhead used by InCD is greater than that of Multisession (unless you write a lot of sessions, each very small).
a typical 650MB CDRW formatted with InCD gives rougly 500MB usable capacity (IIRC).

I used to know this information by heart. :-)

If I remeber right, the very first write on a Multisession disc take roughly 42MB of overhead. Every write after that takes roughly 12MB. I may be a little off, as I've not had to respond to this question for some time. I'm sure about the first write, not 100% sure about the size of the overhead of the second write, but I know I'm not that far off. :-)

And I'm too lazy to dig up my old notes to get the exact data. :-(
