Hello,

I’m using Nero Vision Express 3 version 3.1.0.21 to make a DVD-Video project with videos saved on my harddrive. I used DVDShrink to rip the videos to my harddrive. When I select the Add Video Files and a select a video from my harddrive I receive the below error message. The error message is a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

“Runtime Error!
Programs C:\Programs Files\Ahead\NeroVision.exe

R6025
-pure virtual function call”

Then when I click the OK button I get another error message.

“NeroVision.exe – Application Error
The instructions at “0x006b6c44” reference memory at “0x01613838”. The memory could not be “read”
Click OK to terminate the program”

When I click OK it closes the DVD-Video Project. This only happens when I try to add any of my Lenny Kravitz videos but works fine on the rest of the videos ripped on my harddrive. All videos have been ripped with the same compression with DVDShrink.

I have a Dell Latitude C840 model, Win XP Pro SP2, 2 GHz Pent. 4 Proc, 767 MB Ram, 64 MB GeForce4 video card, Crystal WDA Audio, DirectX 9.0c, Nero 6.6 Ultra w/ NeroVision Express 3.1.0.21, Recode2 2.2.6.17, external Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-108 w/Read speed 8.0 & w/Write speed 16.0 connected with a USB card.

Please Help! I hope I wrote enough information, but if you need more information please let me know. Thanks to anyone who reads this.

Hi again,

It turns out that the problem I was having wasn't caused by DVDShrink but it was because I just recently upgraded my Nero to the latest version listed above and it turns out there's some type of glicht that I was able to figure out the cause of the problme. I downgraded my Nero Vision 3 3.1.0.21 to the previous version I was using and it resolved the error I was getting when adding filesduring the DVD-Video project. I also wanted to mention that DVD Decryptor and DVD FAB Decryptor resolve the issue too, but because I'm unfamilar with the application I wasn't able to readjust the rip to multiple tracks like I'm able to with DVD Shrink. But thanks again for all your help I sincerely appreciate it.

Take care and happy ripping ;P
