The DEMO version of Nero 7 is still the full version of Nero 7. If you installed using your Nero 7 Serial key, it unlocks it from Demo mode and becomes the full Nero 7 Retail bundle.
So of course we need to include the Nero ProductSetUp feature in the Demo build as well.

anyone have good results with nero 7 in vista 5384.4 build, 32bit or 64bit
im not going to try, since i think nero 6.6.1.4 is a much better/stable burning program
im just more curious as to the compatibility

Hi Hoxlund,
We've done some testing with Nero 7 under Vista, and it's not doing so good as it is as of today.
But it was not designed to support Vista with this version, so that's not too surprising.
We were going to have VISTA support in our next majore update of Nero 7 coming out in the third quarter this year. But with Microsoft pushing the release date of VISA OS back, we did the same to give us more time to support new features and properly QA the product.
We wish to avoid the issues we had with the initial release of Nero 7, when it comes to supporting the VISTA OS.
Regards,
Craig

As stated VISTA is not yet supported by Nero. So it would be a waste of time installing Nero 7 or Nero 6 on a Beta release of VISTA.
W2K and XP are fully supported, but there is either a problem with the download of Nero 7 you have, or something conflicting on your system.

ok coonsanders, unlock what
and if they do offer upgrades for vista its still not out till earliest of janurary
and if you do upgrade then same situation with nero, you'll have to wait till they update nero to be vista compatible

won't work, first off it won't install at all
and nero just flat out doesn't support vista yet
not a nero problem, my guess is that roxio does the same thing

You'll be very hard pressed to find any recording software that supports VISTA at this stage.
