hi gang

while installing nero 7 i got some prompts saying fatal errors had occured
reinstall the software.how do i fix this problem?unfortunetly i dont reme-
ber the number that was with the prompt.any ideas??

Try to do:

1) Uninstall Nero using Nero uninstaller.
2) Go to the windows registry and uninstaller the folder "Ahead" in both "KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE & HKEY_CURRENT USER" uner Software
3) Delete the folder Ahead in C:\Allprograms\Ahead.
4) Delete Temp folder from "Document and Setting\UserName\Local_Setting\Temp
5) Install fresh Nero 7.
