Yes, the issue with Nero Vision taking forever to launch has been addressed.

Vista is still not officially supported. We are still working on support for Vista and some known issues we are seeing in our testing.

Best Regards,

Craig

The MP3 decoding bug is still present in this version. Craig, do you know if we will ever see Ateme's High Profile encoder included in Nero 7 as we were lead to believe during beta testing last year that it would be in Nero 7?

Also, any chance HD DVD authoring is coming soon using H.264 AVC for the video?

Thanks.

Craig...

YES! The NeroVision problem is gone...thanks to everyone at Nero for listening and fixing it. Seems even faster than previous "good" versions. Installation went much easier as well...didn't take as much time to load up the install screens...

Good to go!

Bob

I updated using Nero ProductSetup and now I have some "Nero Search" field on my taskbar. It looks like it might be related to Nero Scout, which I don't think I had installed??? Anyone know how I get rid of this? Thanks.

I hate programs that add crap without asking. If I'm using an update feature it should only update what I already have installed...not add bloatware.
