For burning DVDs, I use Nero Burning ROM, and this works very well. However, I don't believe that this allows me to edit out things before burning, like the Warnings that appear at the beginning of the movie. Or is this possible?

Alternativley, if I use Nero Backup DVD-Video, I can disable those types of clips. Can this be used to burn DVDs to the same quality as Nero Burning ROM?

I would get AnyDVD and have it running while you rip to the hard drive with DVDDecrypter in file mode (turn off structural protection and use none for css detection).

Then use NeroRecode to remove what you want, save it to a folder, then burn the DVD-Video with Nero.
