Does not Ahead answer email anymore?

I 7 Dec 2006, I sent a question to the sales email address, but realized that I should have sent it to support, so I sentt the message to support as well.

I received an acknowledgement message for each, each with a different case number.

No response received and it has been 8-9 daze.

Those axhnowledgement are automatic computer generated email as Slim indicated they might be shut down for the rest of the year for the Christmas Holiday.

REAL companies do not shut down for Xmas.
Oh, I fergot, some may not care about their customers and might shut down.

hi
yea they do take there time when getting back to u.alot of times i found the answer to problems and THEM i here from them.im also starting a
book of problems that i solved myself and that i can reuse if the problem
should arise again and not rely on nero.

Real companies, especially those that have thousands of customers, cannot entirely shut down.

all this bickering is rather pointless.
it might have made sense if Ahead had good customer service ordinarily.
but it does not.
so who cares if they're available on holidays ???
