Hi,

I'm looking for a version of Nero that will work for a CD-RW (as i dont have a DVD drive).

I'm looking for a version with 'startsmart'.

A freind of mine has versions 5.5 & 6.6 , will any of these do the trick?

Either version should work with your drive. If you want Smartstart though, you'll probably want version 6.6. I don't think that was in 5.5.

And yup, you'll need 6.6. 5.x didn't have it...

Just to clarify what the others have recommended, to which I agree, re: version 6.6, if you plan on formatting your RW media you will need to install Nero InCD in addition to the regular burning programs, e.g., Nero Burning ROM or Nero Express.
