Stuck at lead out

I have the same problem for both nero 6 and 7.
When I copy to a dvd-r or dvd+r the process stops when writing the lead out. It says (I don’t know if the translation is accurate)

Impossible the retrieval from TOC
Impossible to execute the end of disk at once

Can anybody help?
Thank you

It would be helpful to know the burner you are using and the type of media... My gut tells me your using some sub par media... But you have not provided enough detail.

My burner is Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-107D. The driver is the latest one.
The dvds that I have used are: HP dvd+r & dvd-r and memorex dvd-r.
I didn't have such problems in the past. I haven't changed any hardware in between but I have installed many programs and between them nero 7.
I stuck in 100% also with burn4free.

Try to rip your disc to an ISO and then burn it with IMG Burn.
Let us know your results.

I bet its media. HP dvd+r & dvd-r and memorex dvd-r usually aren't the best discs. Most likely CMC or Ritek.
