hehe, just messin' with ya. Anyway, I should sure hope none of those programs cause Nero 7 conflicts as some are fairly pervasive. The only ones I don't know about are Pando and Windows Defender. I would try searches with Nero 7 and each individual program in the search title to see if anything pops up though.

You'd have to adjust the memory settings in the BIOS, but I gotta believe thet are set to auto... Bottom line, if you run Memtest and it fails anywhere,m you got bad memory and need to have it replaced/RMA'd. I know Corsair stands behind their stuff... I had to RMA memory with them before and all I told them is it failed memtest86+ and sent them the sticks and they sent me back some new... You may want to contact the place that installed the memory for you...

hi sith

ok well the problem seemed to be a runtime error.while using nero 7s wave editor i got the following message

runtime error

program c/program files/nero /nero 7
the application has requested the runtime
to terminate in an strange way.the error
message gave some info as to what caused the problem.one was a bad
install or the last option was memory cards.im betting it was the memory
cards(which are brand new)me and dell did a system install and left these
new cards in the computer so the computer can adopt to them.so im back up with a new xp installing now.so im betting it was memory card related.
thought id keep u updated.thanks 4 responding
