Best audio quality settings?
Posted: Tue Jan 28, 2003 4:27 pmI'm looking for guidelines for best audio quality copying of a wide variety of commercial audio cd's. I am new to burning.
I am using
Lite-On 52x24x52
Afreey 56x cdrom
WD 1000BB
Nero 5.5.10.0
Highly rated cd-r media - TY
WinXP
All drivers firmware etc. are up to date.
I am not concerned with speed. I don't care how many settings I need to change each time. I just want the copies to be as close as possible to the original media. Some will be direct copies of whole cd's, others will be compilations.
I have looked around a bit but have not been able to find a concise guide for best quality.
Also what are recommended settings for spin up/spin down?
