InfoTool Detects Max Read Speed at 48X on 4824TU
Posted: Sun Feb 02, 2003 5:22 pmJust noticed that when I enabled Speed Read on the Plextor 4824TU, Nero Info Tool is now able to detect the maximum speed read of the drive at 48X. After reading the review of the 4824TA here I understood that there was a bug where even with Speed Read enabled, Info Tool would only show the max read speed at 40X. This appears to be fixed now with 1.03.3 if it wasn't fixed before.
