I am looking into getting a pocket pc. My problem is I know absolutly nothing about them, and also most are made by companys that Make really bad pc's, and not to mention poor tech support and customer service. You know the companys I speak of, I don't need to say names.
What I will mostly use this for is for use as a mp3 player as well as will be using pocket streets and trips. Other than that, maybe some journal keeping, and that is it. I will mount it to a motorcycle, and use while touring.
Is it reasonably to use this product for such an application?
What brands are good, and not good?
What else should I look for?

HP's are nice, I've used one of the Dell PDA's and my main complaint is that the screen is not quite as easy to see outside as the HP's I've used are.
