Hello!

I don´t know the english word for a part of the maniboard, can you help me?

In Germany this part have the name "ATX-Slotblende".

It the a sheet of metal, that you install on the back of the ATX-Tower; it covers the connectors for serial-connectors, parallel and USB e.g.

It's just a plate to me. Not the kind you eat off of though. :) Others may call it a guard.

Perhaps "back panel cover plate" or "I/O panel cover plate"? "RF shield"? "Back panel gasket"?

tazdevl is correct. I/O Shield is what it is called in the Intel Desktop Boards Quick Reference Guide.
