I don't know if I have 40 Pin or 80 Pin cables on my drives. I assume they are 80 Pin (they say ATA 100/133 on them and they are shielded and thick, but is there any way to know for sure? Can Win-doze tell me?

If they are ATA100/133 they are automatically 80-pin, it's required to meet the Ultra-ATA spec.
