I'm currently using Pentium 3 866 Mhz Machine . I'm thinking about upgrading to AMD Athlon XP 2000+ machine . Do I have to change the PC Casing as well when I'm upgrading ?

Not if your desired motherboard fits in your current case.

I don't think you're going to have the proper power supply connector(s) for those MB's. I could be wrong since I'm not an AMD guy. I'm sure you won't if you go with a newer video card that requires one of it's own. Check it out good before you plunk down your cash.

AMD requires no special power connectors, only P4's require the special 12V connector. You should be fine using the same power supply with the AMD XP. Just make sure it has ample wattage.

And hey I just realized those new video cards actually use a floppy molex connector as well. I'm going to be a genius one of these days. :P
