hello there i bought this pinnacle tv card
so guys i wanna attach the cable to my card that normally goes to the tv the Cable Tv Wire well is there any way to attach this wire to my tv card as well as to the tv istead of going for a separate wire

I think you have to buy two separate coaxial cables and a 2-way splitter. The cable tv coaxial cable that comes in from the wall hooks up to the 2-way splitter. From the splitter, one coxial cable goes to your TV card, the other coaxial cable goes to your tv.
