USB Video Capture

I was wondering if anyone uses one of these? I am in need for rca video input via USB to my laptop. I dont need a high quality one, I just need the cheapest available that works. Any suggestions??

I found one that looks good at Newegg.com. just go edit>find(on this page) and type in usb. it should be the first one you find. (Kworld usb tv turner with remote) it claims to be able to capture up to 640x480

ati has their USB TV tuner... the problem is that 1) USB 1.1 simply doesn't have the bandwidth for high quality captures 2) the CPU overhead of USB makes it hard to capture or multi task while watching TV and 3) these USB tv capture cards are really meant more for watching than caturing...

If it absolutely positively has to get done then you can do it..

The local video rental place here (video library) will convert your VHS tapes to DVD's to you for a reasonable price... if this is waht you're looking at doing it might be worth your while to look into one of these services if somthing is available to you locally.
