Has anyone ever had to mod their case?

I just got the roll of duct tape out last night and went wild inside it.

I managed to cure 2 rattles and 1 vibration with a rather large strip of duct tape. As a result, I now have 3 more fans running than I had 2 days ago. The rattles were from taking my 3/8 drill out and making a few new holes for screws for 2 fans that I hung vertically over the CPU & AGP card.

The tape runs from the internal HDD bays right back over the edge of the fans and onto the rear of the case. The vibration was from the front case fan not being seated correctly. A paper shim and some dict tape cured that too.

Used Akasa Pax Mate on mine to cut down on noise and vibration. Taken a dremel to it and added a blowhole, cutout for a 92MM fan and a few other things.

Front bezels always seem to work themselves loose.

I did an easy "mod" on my case - I bought a fake aquarium panel for my Lian-Li case

I have not done any real case moding yet I did have to duct tape the front brezel to keep it on the case..
I have though moded an old Boca 8 port hub I had lying around it now has poplar sides with acrylic.
