CDs And DVDs To Go The Way Of The LP

Was this written by the same people who made this prediction with respect to VHS? Remember, VHS was to be obsolesced by downloading movies on demand (as opposed to the DVD which has replaced it) and Blockbuster was to have been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy three years ago.

Ya and how are we supposed to save this streamed media once we d/l it?....umm.....let me think.....I got it....we put it on a 12cm polycarbonate disk that fits in a tray. :roll:

LOL, maybe they'll save all the files onto 100MB parallel zip disks!! :o

Just imagine - a movie takes you 3 days to save!! The RIAA would LOVE this!!! :wink:

I think CDs and DVDs will be around for quite a while to come.
The installed base of players; especially CD players is phenomenal...
