ok, lets say I want to use a code for $30 off $150 or more purchase, on something today...

Can I go back and use that same code again and again on the same day, or do I have to wait a day, or is it one time use only.

and if it is [one time only] can a different user from the same computer use that same code and have it shipped to same address?

It really depends on the store. Some places let you use them once per order. Others once per account or credit card. There's always ways around it (create new account, use different card, etc).
