I found this article at Wired News to be interesting.

A man in Sunnyvale CA, was arrested for "Spam Rage". While I'm not a big fan of spam either, I don't think this is the answer.

It would be justifiable homicide, no jury would convict him. Besides at that rate he wouldn't be able to move becuase of the enormous size of his swanstucker :wink:
