Yup.. a unix web server. They did some upgrades last week and they still haven't work out the bugs.

Why not just transfer over the image to the CDRLabs server? That way, when CDRLabs is up, your avatar is up.

I use my avatars on other forums. In some cases, I really don't want people to associate me with CDRLabs.

Ah, I see, that makes sence. On one site I saw someone with the same avatar as you used to have, the Sadam christmas one, avatar wasn't on cdrlabs, but now I'm wondering if it was you...

I'll use Ian@CDRLabs on some forums. Others, not related to computers, I'll use something else.

I always use the same handle. If it's already taken, they are doing just fine without me, thank you.

Right here. I've just been hibernating for a while. But now that the snow has melted, the trees are budding, the flowers are blooming and the temperatures are rising, I can crawl out from my hole and rejoin the CDRLabs crowd. Spring, when a young man's fancy turns to.... optical drives ????!??
