new modertor status, well i don't know about that. and when it happened, that depends on what you mean.

i'm mod of the CD-RW and DVD Recordable forums as of last Saturday (Jan 24). but i've been mod of the FAQ forum for quite a while!
i take some pride in being the first moderator of CDRLabs who is not from the "regular" staff (Ian and his crew).

BTW i must be going blind too.
i only just now noticed that you are a DVD Flyer !!! yeah, one of a kind!

it slipped my mind.
(very hectic the last few days - moving day tomorrow. and very little sleep (more than is usual for me, you've already discovered i'm a night owl so you see i do remember some of the stuff you write ) so i'm a bit out of focus)

One of your earliest posts (still had the animated cube) mentioned that you'd probably read every post in the forum. As far as I can tell, you're still pretty close to that.

My condolence on moving. Gawd, how I hate moving (which is why I've lived in the same place the last 20 years).
