I don't know what was up today. I got off my plane in Milwaukee and within a short amount of time, I saw three dudes with mullets. Given, mullets are pretty common up in the north woods where Boone lives, but down here, they're pretty rare. Is this just a fluke, are mullets on the way back?

In addition to Mullet, they are also referred to, here in the States, as a "Kentucky Waterfall." Do you have a regional name for them? "Norwegian ........?

lol.. I think we just created a new name for the mullet. Kinda funny considering I've never seen Boone with one.

Took liberties to add an "ies" to peeps livin' in Boone's area of the world(i.e. boonies). Also here in Texas the boonies are peeps who live out in the Stix or backwoods. Not Rednex but people who don't get out much(weird country folk types).

Ian,

You do live in the sticks. All of Wisconsin? Sticks. I've never driven so much and seen so little civilization.

Try Western Texas.

I know, I don't deny my WI heritage. But someone living in WI calling some place else the sticks is like Boy George saying someone is "too gay."

Been through many portions of Texas, and yes, there is nothing there. But you kind of expect that from Texas. It's like going to a stadium, you don't expect it ALL to be furnished.
