A property that a partner and I purchased 5 years ago is nearly worth double the initial purchase price.
I thought it was pretty insane, but I went to a bunch of open homes near my area, and the asking price for the homes that are not as good as the property we bought are crazy!!!
I can't believe that just by sitting on that property, we'd enjoy 100% appreciation in a short of a time as 5 years. This means the house paid for itself over that time period!
