You'll have to install some video drivers of some sort, if possible. It's really hard too!

I have mandrake 10 working in vmware inside of win 2k but when I try to install it to its own hard drive (blank just for this purpose out of an xbox) it locks up looking for my mouse. Have tried everything in the mouse list. I have a USB Logitech iFeel(force feedback) mouse.Oh well guess I go try SUSE.

did you unlock the hard drive that you pulled from your xbox?
or is it a third party hard drive that you yanked from xbox, meaning not the standard 10gb

its unlocked. I formatted it in win 2k earlier and am using it for temp dvd authoring storage at the moment.BTW not all drives are 10 gig. This one happens to be 8.(WD crap)
