You really should break it down more in the teens=>early 20's ranges.
If he is over age 25, he is a ringing endorsement for the failed American educational system, and helps make the case for the necessity of Bush's "No Child Left Behind" policy.

Actually, if you believe that the Republican party gives a crap about the public school system, then you are lacking the ability to comprehend facts.
