The new worry (LOL) is that a tree in front (seemingly right between my property and neighbor's) which I just noticed part of which is leaning at almost 45 degree angle right by the power lines.
Oh well, it has been there for years, so...

I am NOT going to lose any sleep over it.
Just thought of mentioning it as a response to cfitz's comment ;)
