Sorry Ian, but a 3 month old at Star Wars! Quite honestly, it's parents like you that I hate. The ones that bring their little kids to movies and they scream through half of it so people can't hear parts of the movie. It happened at my theater. Thank god for you and the other people in the theater that he slept through it.

3 month old babies often just sleep through movies... it's when they get older that they start crying often.

Dumbass. It was a mommy matinee. Think before you type. You're reminding everyone that you're still in high school.. or was that junior high?

That was peaches and rice cereal. As you can see, he's still not very good at it. Some of the babies he hangs out with can actually pick up food and eat it already. I think their mothers are moving a little fast.. but whatever.

Hahahahaha. Makes assumptions that are false then bases judgement and insults on that false assumption. Who is the big winner here? You're the big winner. By the way, the surest way to forever get on someone's bad side is to insult their child or their parenting (particularly if you're wrong in doing so). Good work, winner.

Ryan is looking great! Like Dolph said "incredible eyes".

I'm hoping you can start training him to be a future Dolphin's offensive lineman  . You're probably up on all the stats, is 20lbs / 27 inches on the big side for Ryan's age?

I dunno. A couple of the kids he hangs out with are bigger, but I think they're a little older.

Ryan definitely has his mom's eyes. Mine are blue too, but not that bright.

Had asked about Ryan's size out of curiosity and half joking. Being a Fins fan I need all the help that I can get...but enough of my troubles!

Anyway, curiosity got the better of me and I found a interesting web site with a link to a growth chart. Size doesn't really matter, but I think the link below gives you some bragging rights! =D> Ryan is off the chart like some type of A+++ media or something.

Cool site- kidshealth

Good one!

Unfortunately that's also true for the ones that wear a helmet :o

hey Ian, what camera are you using for these photos ?
my Canon S1 IS's anti-red-eye doesn't work too well. in many pics with a flash Yoav looks like a little demon

I think it's a Canon A85

good camera. i was gonna get either that or the S1 IS. decided on the S1.

tell me, how does the redeye reduction work?
does the flash emit a series of strong pulses of light prior to taking the picture ? (that's how i've seen it done in some other cameras).

I want to say it is a continual red light but I'm not sure.

That is one cute and friendly little guy! :D Can I borrow him for a while?

Dodec- it's very easy to correct red-eye (though it is an extra step). IrfanView, for example, has an easy to use option that replaces red with black in a marked area. Very effective at excorcising demonic looks!

i can do that also with Adobe Photoshop Elements that i got with our ( ) Epson scanner.
but it's very tiring to do for each and every picture.
it's a sore point with this camera, which otherwise i like very much.
(alas i don't have the money to buy a Canon S2  )

I have a Sony DCR-PC 330E handycam with still photo capability. When I enable red eye reduction, the camera fires a sequence of flashes before the photo is taken. There also is a facility called "Hologram AF",but I think it is used only for focusing purposes.I get good 3 MP images.I like the camera a lot.
