where do you plan on buying toner for that Dell laser printer, hopefully not in a retail store

but it does look a lot like HP's inline color laser printers

I don't know about for laser, but with inkjet printers, the Lexmark's just guzzle ink like there's no tomorrow. Also, I hate Dell, so I wouldn't give them any business anyway, but that's just me. Had too many problems with them in my family.

You know, Hox, I think that you just hit on something that made me think about it and I just came up with a conclusion. You are probably right, they do.

When one is needing footwear based on a specific function to the extent that style is put aside, yes, the footwear becomes unisex. For example:
Tennis shoes
Golf shoes
Hiking boots
Bowling shoes
Cowboy boots
Ski boots

Anyway, enough examples.

Now for the opinion of our one and only homegrown expert of experts,
BuddhaTB, WHEREYAT?

Slim

I think it is the pink on the left one and the slim ankles on the right one that make them look a bit less than manly.

I was thinking the same thing briefly.

But I've spent enough time on farms to know that if you're in the saddle for any length of time, you want a high top boot like that. Otherwise, you'll have no hair on your legs, even with jeans on. Open, puss filled sores from the knees down to the ankle without boots...boots are a far better idea.

No, I have never been in a saddle. I'd need a clydesdale under me to keep me up.

I was wondering the same thing. Considering Monte is spending a good amount of money on his family, I'm guessing Jenn is no longer in the picture...???

Just the point, Jamie, I do have SLIM anles, that's why I can only buy custom made boots from places like that.

If one disregards the "look", check the sizes. They don't make women's boots in 13EEEE.

For a better comparison, very little - it's mainly sizing, between men's and women's boots, scroll here.

I have five pair on the list above, but if I want to have any credibility with BuudhaTB and his 569 pairs of Nikes, I've got to get down to Nogales for that slim-ankled blue pair in the first link. :P

Don't misunderstand me there, Slim. Wear what you want for whatever reasons you want, I'll be passing no judgement. That said, I do see the point of the previous post. Reminds me of being in a store talking with some "manly men." Every one had a truck, I have Japanese sedan. One said "real men drive trucks." One guy responded "real men drive whatever the hell they want and don't care what you think." The guy that responded was right.

Dell's been fine for me, but Lexmark tried to keep anyone from making toner cartridges for their printers by using the Digital Millenium Copyright Act as a legal stick. They lost, but I'll never buy a Lexmark printer again.

But it'd fit in here:
