wtf is up with this school? First a kid gets impaled.. then a another gets hit with a shot put.

I'd say the coaches or supervisors weren't doing their job. There's no way those kids should be running around in the path of a projectile like that.
At the very least they need a chewing out.

I'd agree. The shot put is a HUGE avoidable one. I mean, geez, what kid is dumb enough to throw one when another kid is going out to collect one? It sounds almost like something staged for a Disney kids sports movie.
Didn't they go over basic safety before they started? There's two lawsuits waiting to happen, causing the school's liability insurance costs to go way up, in a time when education is suffering badly enough. D'oh!

WTF! Those are both highly avoidable. Let's use common sense here people. Well, then again, common sense isn't so common, so why is it caled *COMMON* sense?
