did you notice the optical drive is SATA on the dev kit, very sweet and much needed for us xbox modders

How exactly is that "much needed" for us? With the exception of slightly easier extraction from the case, I'm not seeing where your enthusiasm is comming from.

At the Minnesota State Fair, IBM has a prototype Xbox 360 with a wired and wireless controller, along with a protototype motherboard, and a raw processor wafer. Along with some other cool IBM stuff.

i guess im just really into anything hardware related with any computer component, i just found the pics very cool
