This just reinforces my opinion that the RIAA is crazy. According to this article, they're now suing people on Youtube who have uploaded their own videos using unlicensed music.

It seems our friends over at the RIAA just cannot get enough. The latest BS to emerge from there are cease-and-desist letters to Youtube users who have dared to put up videos of things such as themselves dancing to music they haven’t licensed.

I hope I don't get sued for having music in my wedding video.

Are they alright with being hated by nearly everyone who knows what the acronym 'RIAA' stands for? Those pricks couldn't be lamer if they tried...

I read stuff from The Register all the time. I think it's hilarious that every time they talk about the RIAA, they always write "Recording Ass.".

Judging by the way they go after kids & such, whine that they (along with the MPAA) are losing billions of dollars to piracy (I'd love to know where they come up with these ludicrous dollar figures ), etc, I think that Recording Ass. is very appropriate
