Microsoft has released Beta 3 of IE 7:

I've been impressed with IE 7 so far. I've been using it at work since the first beta and I've only had a few crashes.

Is there an updated version for Vista as well?

It doesn't look like it. I'm sure these improvements will make it into the next Vista beta.
