Here's the video dodeca was referring to on both Youtube and my own site. Please share that Youtube link with others, the link to it on my own personal site is more for CDRLabs users to download it and watch it in a higher quality or to keep it.

Thanks!

thanks aviationwiz.

i chased some links from slim's post, some bloggers, talkbacks etc. and quickly got sick of the whole thing.
no matter what, Israel is to blame. happens every time.
it is nice to see that some people do support Israel though.

Why is Isreal to blame, becuase the idiots on the other side don't have the cajones to kick out the bad guys and stop poking you guys with sharp sticks?
They're lucky the whole place isn't a parking lot by now...

OT

If anyone gets a chance you can watch the Women Of hezbollah on LinkTV today. 12 and 6PM EST time on DirecTV channel 375. Http://www.worldlinktv.org/

The women have some bad logic..

what's bad about their logic?
die while killing as many Israeli citizens as possible. sounds good to me. yum!

i got really depressed yesterday evening, whatching the weekend TV news (the weekend here is Friday-Saturday).

some UN organization in Geneva condemned Israel (again - 2nd time since the current hostilities started) for crimes against humanity etc.
no word of condemnation for Hizballa of course.
and the UN wants us to trust the UNIFIL forces, the same ones who stood by while right next to them Israeli soldiers were killed and abducted in 2000.

thanks a lot. i'm sure the UN wouldn't lift a finger for me when they (Arab Fanatics) come to genocide me and my family. all those posh, hypocrite Europeans would stand by. just like last time.

Yeah, I understand, I hope that you don't let the bad guys wear you down..

The current critics must have had their heads in a hole when hezbollah was stockpiling weapons :^o

Everyone that can really should watch the program that I mentioned above. My favorite ( sarcasm) quote from the program "when I was a little girl my mother would quite me by saying, "be careful, the Jews are coming."" How's that for hate? Folks at the UN should read that quote over and over, then they may get the point... The saddest part, that same woman has children of her own now.

Stay safe, Dodec.

Anyone know if the current agreement at the UN to end the war is Chapter 6 or 7?

PostPosted: Sat Aug 12, 2006 2:43 pm

i think it's not chapter 7.
which would make it chapter 6.
which if i understand correctly means that the UN forces that will be in Lebanon don't have the permission/authority (?) to use force to enforce the UN decisions.
which means it's all a big fart in high wind.
the Hizballa will not disarm, they'll keep on receiveing ammunition and weapons from Syria and Iran, no one, not the UN, not the fucking French, no one will make any attempt to stop it.
and we'll have another round just like this one, or probably much worse, i a few years' time.

i've read a few times on the internet comments vilifying Israel following pictures showing young Israeli children writing something on shells or bombs to be fired at Lebanon. as an example of the wickedness of Israel.

well to all these sanctimonious motherfucker assholes, you pretentious hypocrites, where were you when the Palestinians were dancing on the rooftops of their houses when Saddam Hussein fired his Scud missiles at Israel during the Gulf War, Israel was no part of that war, and when they danced likewise when Bin Laden flew his jets into the World Trade Center towers ???

i may not be around by then, but you sanctimonious Europeans hypocrites are gonna get yours in a few years' time, when Iran has Nuclear Weapons as well as rockets that can reach every Capital city of Western Europe.

and as for the other non-European motherfuckers, well, i guess i rant at them less because i have less expactations.

take another prominent member of the UN Security Councile (now there's an oxymoron if ever i saw one): China.
take all of the accusations against Israel for Human Rights violations since 1967, multiply by 100 and you still don't get anywhere near what China is responsible for with the Tibet issue.
but oh no, no-one of sanctimonious hypocrites from the world over, they don't dare say a word to China, right ? no, Chinda didn't annex Tibet at all!

the stomach churns when one hears of Human rights violations allegations against Israel from Saudi Arabia, a land where you will get your hand chopped off for stealing, or Syria or Yemen etc. etc. etc.
and all the bleeding hearts from Western Europe, US, yes even Israel, say nothing about that. fuck them.

i heard tonight that some Israeli spokesman, possibly Netanyahu, was in UK and was asked by someone there about Israel's "indiscriminate bombing of civilans".
well he responded that Israel dropped leaflets warning civilans to clear out.
but then during WWII, after the Blitz, when the allies razed German cities (remember Dresden?), the allies didn'tbother dropping such leaflets did they? not did they cry too much about German civilan casualties.
the UK guy didn't have much to say at that point.

and how about Japanese civilians in Hiroshima and Nagasaki?

when at war civilians get hurt. deal with it.

All I know is this....

I pray for the Lebanese Red Cross man who lost his entire family when the orphanage he was caretaking for collapsed during shelling. Both for comfort in his time of loss, and that the cause of it will not turn him to hatred and perpetuate the very thing Israel is trying to end.

I pray that every Israeli in every cafe' in that country may never have to fear someone wearing a Semtex vest with Primacord trim ever again.

I pray at the same time that Israeli settlers will peacefully vacate the outer zones according to the current peace outline as a contiuing step of good faith towards peace, though it is hard, and fraught with (justifiable) cynicism towards the future.

I pray for every innocent person caught in the crossfire when both a nation defends itself (most often justly, but sometimes overzealously IMO), and a terrorist organization launches unjust attacks against that nation and its people.

All I know is, I'm tired of seeing fighting, and by that I mean globally. Religion vs. religion. Race vs. race. Power vs. the powerless. Us vs. them or Them vs. us. It will take a big person, or set of people, to declare that discussion, diplomacy, and democratic process are the tools to use, rather than the easy way that involves guns, bombs, and violence that make for so much more media coverage. And for all that, I pray that these declarations will come.

Regarding the video in my first post in this thread, from YouTube today:

Your video "Hezbollah Missile Launches into Israel caught on tape" has been rejected due to its inappropriate nature. Please refer to our terms of use for more information on what video material is not permitted on YouTube.

I found that quite a bit odd...

Needless to say, the video is still on their site if you do a search for it, just not the one I uploaded.

i'm willing to bet that this sort of censorship isn't impartial either.
