As you can imagine, I've been following the drama surrounding the upcoming Transformers movie pretty closely. The producers recently made fans very happy by announcing that Peter Cullen was doing the voice of Optimus Prime (he did the original G1 voice). Now, with pictures of the robots leaking onto the web, many fans (including myself) are ready to start lynching.

Here are some of the pics that were posted at my favorite TF website, TFW2005. As you can see, these aren't the robots in disguise we've come to know and love.

This one is half decent, even though his head is still a little too alien-like for my tastes.

Megatron is the worst of the bunch.
