Only in Canada, EH! Pity.
Of course, he doesn't have to pay the ticket. Its all BS.
I am not aware of Ontario having an agreement with Switzerland over drivers licence fines.
99% of the USA yes, not not Europe to my knowledge.
So Americans speeding in Canada have to pay up, or get the licence suspended when they return home.

The driver was caught traveling 161 km/hr (100 mph) in a 100 km/hr zone in eastern Ontario Sunday.
I don't know if it's a coincidence, but that speed is almost exactly 100
mph.
I'm not sure if all Europeans realize that Canada (like all civilized countries) is metric.

The saleswoman one scarey - using her laptop and talking on her phone - while driving. And she told the police she always drives like this! The only time I saw someone doing something like this, was a car had stopped at an intersection and the woman driver had her left hand on the wheel and in her right hand, she was holding a slice of pizza which she was eating. She was lucky she didn't get into an accident.
